- Understand & refine technical & behavioural attributes of the role
- Engagement Agreement outlining the role, fee and guarantee
- Collaborate with client to review previous searches, competitors & targeted companies

| Phase II: Diligent Search |
- Identify potential candidates
- Conduct phone interviews to identify top candidates
- Conduct personal interviews with a keen focus on job performance, accomplishments, career drivers, situational behaviours, education, cultural fit, client compatibility, etc.
- Present only the top candidate(s) to client
- Client conducts interviews
