Phase I: Pre-Search Action Plan
  1. Meet with client to discuss the client’s market, culture & personality, priorities, competitors and direction
  2. Understand & refine technical & behavioural attributes of the role
  3. Engagement Agreement outlining the role, fee and guarantee
  4. Collaborate with client to review previous searches, competitors & targeted companies
Phase II: Diligent Search
  1. Identify potential candidates
  2. Conduct phone interviews to identify top candidates
  3. Conduct personal interviews with a keen focus on job performance, accomplishments, career drivers, situational behaviours, education, cultural fit, client compatibility, etc.
  4. Present only the top candidate(s) to client
  5. Client conducts interviews
Phase III: Hire
  1. Client selects preferred candidate
  2. We conduct reference checks (or by client if desired)
  3. Offer presentation & negotiation
Phase IV: Post-Hire Review
  1. Follow-up with client and candidate
  2. Post hire evaluation conducted by client
